Fort Shafter, HI - In Processing

For soldiers reporting for in-processing at Fort Shafter, check in at the Replacement Detachment Liaison desk. In order to complete in-processing, soldiers must bring a copy of orders with amendments, copies of the DA Form 31 Leave Form, a copy of the DA Form 788 POV Inspection Sheet, and copy of medical profiles including any financial paperwork.
